The successful Lead Teacher will have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and proven experience teaching in KS2
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
A commitment to raising achievement and supporting children’s progress
A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and leadership
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
