This is a key role within the school's pastoral and inclusion team. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will provide targeted one-to-one and in-the-moment support, help pupils regulate emotions, and support reintegration into the classroom following incidents. You will work closely with senior leaders, teachers, and the SENCo to implement behaviour and support plans.
