(£33k 1st year OTE) Key Responsibilities - Sales and Customer Service Advisor: * Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate high-quality leads. * Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining their fit for our products/services. * Pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion. * Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets. * Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. * Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates. * Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential customers. Qualifications - Sales and Customer Service Advisor: * Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or a related role. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and earn bonuses. * Ability to quickly learn and articulate product/service value propositions. * Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
