Growing Leeds-based recruitment business looking for a highly organised administrator to take ownership of the operational processes that keep the business running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
* Preparing contracts and Statements of Work
* Contractor onboarding and compliance
* Timesheet administration
* Invoicing and purchase order tracking
* Updating reports and spreadsheets
* Supporting commission calculations
* General admin support to the founders and team
What they’re looking for
Experience in recruitment administration, compliance, payroll, finance support or office administration.
You’ll need:
* Strong Excel skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* A methodical approach
* Confidence handling contracts and documentation
* Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
