Our client based in Marlow are currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant to start work with them immediately.
The position is full time Monday to Friday and will be 100% office based, there is plenty of free parking. We expect the role to be temping for approx. 8 weeks before being made permanent.
Key duties include:
Processing supplier invoices & reconciling supplier statements
Prepare supplier payments runs
Resolving supplier queries
Processing employee expenses & company credit cards
Processing sales invoices and credit notes
Sending out customer statements & processing customer receipts
Any other finance tasks required
Key requirements:
Advanced Excel skills to include PIVOTs, VLOOKUPS
Experience in finance role.
Good understanding of IT systems to include Sage 200 & Microsoft Teams
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
