A small, professional business based in central Cambridge is seeking a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional wee. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the reception area and greeting guests
2. Answering and directing iing calls and emails
3. Handling post and deliveries
4. Booking meeting rooms and coordinating schedules
5. Providing general administrative support to the wider team
6. Assisting with office coordination and supplies
This is a fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday, with standard office hours.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need:
7. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
8. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
9. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
