Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool for the remainder of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development across Key Stage 2.
Role Overview:
* Deliver tailored interventions to small groups and individual pupils.
* Provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom.
* Work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to implement personalised learning plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children in a school setting, ideally within KS2.
* Knowledge of supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
* A proactive, patient, and caring approach.
* Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
