Reporting to the Retail Director, this exciting role will lead the profitable growth of the Pennines Region, identifying new sites and opportunities with a focus on delivering the Retail Plan. In return, we offer:

About the role

What you'll do
* Grow the business through organic and new shop development
* Drive high customer service standards across the Region
Business Development
* Lead new shop opening programs and liaise with property teams
* Develop new channels and expand across all day parts
Brand Responsibility
* Implement Brand standards and initiatives within the Region
Operational Excellence
* Improve operations through cross-functional collaboration
Leading the Regional Team
* Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a culture of leadership
Brand Standard Delivery
* Ensure standards in service, merchandising, food safety, and H&S are met
Cost Control and Profit Responsibility
* Manage sales and profit budgets for the Region
About you
Seeking experienced individuals with:
* Senior management experience in multi-site retail
* Strategic planning and innovative solutions experience
* People management and development skills
* Stakeholder engagement skills in large groups
* Adaptability to change and improvement
* Strong commercial acumen and target achievement
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and knowledge of AI tools
