Associate Dentist (Permanent or Locum) – Near Elmstead, Essex

About the Role (Permanent Dentist):
* 2 days per week – Monday and Tuesday weekly
* £14 per UDA
* 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum – loyal patients with strong oral health
* 50% private split
* High private demand, especially within Cosmetic Dentistry
* Stable and well-managed diary from day one
* Shadowing opportunities available, including Implant Dentistry
About the Role (Locum Dentist):
* 2 days per week – Monday and Tuesday weekly
* ASAP and ongoing
* £500 day rate for 25–30 UDAs booked per day
* £13.50 per UDA on over-achievement

* Fully equipped with Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, and SOE software
* Open to investing in additional equipment to support new clinicians
