A Day in the Life of an Ipsos Field Market Research Interviewer
Imagine it: It’s Wednesday afternoon. You’re scheduled for a 6-hour shift (starting around 1 or 2pm), part of up to three shifts booked for the week. Shifts may be weekdays or weekends between 9am and 8pm.
You’ll drive to a nearby neighbourhood (business insurance and a valid driver’s licence required). Your mission is to chat with people about their opinions and experiences—door-to-door invitations to participate in surveys. We provide training to help you feel confident approaching people, even if they weren’t expecting a visit. Mileage reimbursement is provided for your travels.
You’ll use a company-provided tablet to record responses, so there’s no need for paperwork. Your work helps businesses and organisations make decisions that impact the community.
