Salary: £47,496 - £50,410, Grade SO3-SO1+ Car allowance

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Housing Officer tojoin our Tenancy Sustainment team.
As a Senior Housing Officer, you will:
* Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of housing functions.
* Line manage Housing Officers and Assistants within your function.
* Produce regulatory and management reports.
* Deputise for the Function Manager when required.
* Improve tenant satisfaction and ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in social housing and housing management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge of Scottish housing legislation, tenancy management, and welfare systems.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
