Job Description
Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a background in the Residential sector? We’re looking for a skilled professional to lead high-value projects involving residential groundworks, roads, sewers.
LONG TERM Freelance Outside IR35 role.
You will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the entire construction process, from initial planning to project completion.
Must Have's:
1. Experience within the housing/residential sector.
2. CITB, SMSTS, NEBOSH or equivalent.
3. CSCS card.
4. Experience with multiple sites.
