We work with some of the best dentists in the UK, specialising in complete smile transformations from full mouth rehabilitations to same-day cosmetic makeovers, and everything in between.

In just five years, we’ve grown from a single-room start-up to a multi-site group with a 7 figure monthly revenue and locations across Leeds and Barnsley, with a new flagship site opening in mid-2026.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who wants a genuine opportunity to lead, shape, and scale a sales function from the inside. This is not a maintenance role it's a growth leadership role.
You will:
* Lead, mentor, and develop our sales and new-patient acquisition teams
* Own and optimise the full sales pipeline and conversion process
* Build systems, structure, and performance frameworks to elevate results
* Work directly with the Directors on strategy, forecasting, and expansion
* Play a pivotal role in our mission to become the UK’s best luxury dental brand
About You
* A proven sales leader with experience managing and scaling teams
* Able to balance strategy and hands on leadership
* KPI driven, competitive and passionate about performance
* Empathetic, patient-focused and aligned with luxury service standards
* Highly organised
* Confident in data, forecasting and improving processes
Compensation
We offer a competitive package with a £50,000 base salary and uncapped commission OTE over £80,000.
