Our family-run business operates across six continents, supplying a wide range of industries worldwide through direct sales and a network of distributors. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, your role will center around providing tailored product proposals to both new and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients and distributors. Key Responsibilities:Learn about our products to confidently discuss them with customers.Prepare and deliver sales proposals for clients, resellers, and distributors.Be involved in the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.Update and maintain the CRM database, tracking sales activities, contacts, emails, and proposals.Follow up with clients to maximize sales opportunities.Provide customer service support as needed, including quoting spare parts and consumables.Assist in developing and executing new marketing initiatives.Requirements and Skills:Previous experience in a sales role.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Comfortable handling telephone calls with customers.Strong attention to detail and accurate use of the English language in all communications.A team player with a proactive attitude towards making every opportunity a success.Ability to multi-task and stay productive while managing different sales opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A* to C (or equivalent).A-levels and/or degree-level qualifications preferred.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.Desirable (but not essential):Previous experience in engineering, machinery, or agricultural sales.An ability to speak additional languages is a bonus.Salary & Benefits:Salary: £28,000 to £38,000 (based on experience).Start Date: As soon as possible.Hours: 40 hours per week.Annual Leave: 31 days (including 8 UK bank holidays).Location: HayleTravel: Occasionally, you may be required to attend industry trade shows, with up to 3 weeks of travel per year.If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to grow within a global company and be a part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!Apply today by sending your CV to or give us a call at 01872 264 744 and ask for Joshua.
