This is your chance to launch and manage a brand-new 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home in Leicester—with the full backing of an award-winning care organisation.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
1. Opening and leading a new residential children’s home from the ground up
2. Building and managing a skilled, compassionate team
3. Delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care for children with EBD
4. Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted standards
5. Managing budgets, staffing, training, and strategic planning
6. Acting as a positive leader and mentor to both staff and young people
7. Collaborating with local authorities, professionals, and families
✅ What You’ll Need
8. 3+ years in a senior role within children’s residential care
9. Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
10. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
11. Strong working knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations, Children Act 1989, and safeguarding principles
12. Budgeting, staff development, and leadership experience
13. Full UK driving licence
14. Flexibility to take part in the on-call rota
