Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, qualified and experienced Dental Nurse to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality treatments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the practice.

For this role, the general requirements are:
* Dental experience essential.
* GDC registered.
* Radiography qualification desirable but not essential.
* Oral surgery experience desirable but not essential.
* Ortho experience desirable (training can be given).
* Providing excellent patient care.
* Ensuring all patients have an outstanding experience.
* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
* Reliable, flexible, trustworthy and a team player.
* The applicant should be proactive with drive and commitment to achieve the desired goals.
Front Of House Role when required:
* Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
* Assisting in guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
* Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about services.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations across departments.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as managing bookings, processing payments, and maintaining IT systems.
* Provide patient care support when required, ensuring guests feel comfortable and attended to during their stay.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Basic IT proficiency to manage booking systems and other software applications.
* A patient approach towards guest interactions, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
