I’m on the lookout for a talented Maintenance Engineer who thrives on problem-solving and loves the challenge of keeping production lines running smoothly. This is a hands-on, first-fix role with the opportunity to grow into a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer.

What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out first-fix reactive maintenance on a variety of production and packaging machinery
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently
Minimising downtime and ensuring smooth daily operations
Supporting continuous improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies
Collaborating closely with engineering and production teams
Shift pattern:
4 on / 4 off (2days/2nights)
Salary:
£53,000
What you’ll need:
Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer
Relevant Engineering qualifications
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Ideally experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments (not essential)
Multi-skilled (mechanical/electrical) preferred
PLC experience would be a bonus
