About The Role
* £29,386 per year + 3% Bonus + Benefits
* Can be based at either Morden or Fareham
What will I be doing?
* Supporting the Regional Customer Hub as a Customer Relations Officer to provide excellent customer service to our current client base.
* Onboarding new customers, being the first point of contact via phone and email, handling requests, resolving queries, and conducting account reviews when required.
* Providing the best possible experience for customers by keeping them informed, engaged, and maintaining proactive relationships.
What are the requirements?
* Previous administration experience with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships and manage expectations.
* Professional, confident, efficient, with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
* Resolving customer problems promptly and promoting loyalty through account reviews and retention efforts.
* A team player with flexibility, supportiveness, and collaboration skills.
