Your role
A great opportunity for a Paralegal to join Cellnex UKs Commercial Legal team on an 18m Fixed Term Contract. This role will offer you an exceptional breadth and scope of work, with the opportunity to work across the business whilst developing your experience with support from our in-house legal team.
Reporting into our Senior Compliance Lawyer, you will be supporting Cellnex UK Legal team with all aspects of commercial, compliance and corporate governance legal work.
You will bring your expertise as a paralegal from any commercial background, we are industry agnostic for this position.

Key responsibilities
Supporting the UK Corporate and Commercial Legal team with a range of legal matters, including:
Commercial contracts
Draft and review NDAs against standard guidance
Prepare Contract Sign-Off forms summarizing key terms of contracts to brief senior management
Manage contract approval and signature process
Company Secretarial
Manage company secretarial filings in SharePoint
Manage standard queries on company details and group structure
Manage administrative updates to Delegation of Authority and Powers of Attorney, dealing with signature process and queries and managing hard and soft copy records
Manage KYC/ ID updates for directors and senior management, liaising with external law firms
Compliance/Data Protection
Maintain record of Data Protection registrations with ICO and manage annual registrations
Manage OFCOM records and annual approvals and registrations
Administration
Monitor UK Legal inbox, ensuring that post is tracked and allocated to commercial legal team
Assist with management of legal budget, including raising POs/GRN and maintaining PO Tracker, liaising with external law firms and managing any queries
Manage postage and DocuSign for UK Legal team
Legal operations/ document and data management
Responsibility for contract management and delivery of programme to consolidate and standardize business record keeping
Insurance
Collate and maintain Insurance FAQs
Provide information for bids/tenders and contract compliance
Experience
Law degree or conversion LPC or equivalent
Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably within a corporate/ commercial environment, but relevant transferable experience in other sectors will also be considered
Friendly manner, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and build positive relationships across the organisation
