Role Description
This is a sub-contracting hybrid role for a RTITB MHE Instructor at Key Performance Training Ltd. Training will be carried out at our training centre in Swindon, and at customer premises throughout the South and South West.
The MHE Instructor will be responsible for delivering training sessions, assessing student performance, and ensuring compliance with certification and company standards.
Qualifications
* In date training certificates for a range of MHE equipment, including Counterbalance and Reach forklift trucks
* Experience in delivering training sessions and assessing student performance
* Knowledge of regulatory standards in the industrial sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* RTITB certification is a plus but other awarding bodies will be considered, as they can be converted to RTITB
* Math’s and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade 4 / C or above
