Job Description:
dSb is exclusively working with a premium fashion brand located in Nottinghamshire that has achieved phenomenal success and continues to grow. As a Wholesale Operations Coordinator, you will work with a third-party warehouse to coordinate, plan, and execute the distribution of products throughout the UK, Europe, and the Rest of the World.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Creating pick tickets, delivery notes, invoices, and other necessary shipping documentation
* Daily liaison with 3PL providers
* Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of orders within specific delivery windows
* Booking delivery/collection slots for customers’ orders
* Stock and inventory control
Experience required:
* Highly proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
* Knowledge of export and shipping documentation
* Order fulfillment and processing experience
* Experience in fashion wholesale distribution and working with 3PLs is highly desirable but not essential
This role is full-time and onsite.
