Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to support the account team on the day-to-day running of client accounts. This includes responsibilities such as timing plans, estimates, budget control and assisting the trafficking of work through the creative services department, to provide a solid grounding in servicing client needs to a high level of excellence.
Responsibilities
* Support the account team on the day-to-day running of client accounts, including timing plans, estimates, budget control and trafficking of work through the creative services department.
* Excel at tactical and admin processes and be able to train and oversee junior staff in this area.
* Establish positive relationships with low and mid-level clients.
* Build understanding of strategic, creative and digital planning and executions, including recognising who and when to involve the appropriate experts within the team.
* Support senior team members on research for pitches and new proposals.
Qualifications
* Degree educated
* Good organizational and administration skills
* Strong communications skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills
* Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
* Ability to use PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
