At 1st Grade Care, we’re hiring a Care Co-ordinator to join our professional and people-focused rota team — with: * No on-call responsibilities * Hybrid working option after training * Weekly pay — every Friday This is a rare opportunity to coordinate care the right way — with support & structure What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Co-Ordinator: * Building and maintaining daily and weekly care rotas using our digital care management system * Matching care workers to service users based on location, skillset, and continuity * Ensuring visits are legal, timely, and fully compliant (CIW RISCA, gender-matching, safeguarding) * Speaking with families, field staff, and external professionals * Logging rota changes and communication using our secure Nourish diary note system * Collaborating closely with our in-office rota team — no lone working, no on-call Who We’re Looking For in a Care Co-Ordinator: * Proven experience in care coordination, rota planning, or scheduling (essential) * Calm, organised, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced setting * Strong communicator with a good understanding of care sector responsibilities * Digitally confident and detail-oriented * Must have the right to work in the UK * NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care * Experience using digital systems like Nourish Why Join 1st Grade Care? * WEEKLY PAY – Get paid every Friday * ️ Set Schedule – Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm * No On-Call – Ever * Hybrid Option – Work part of the week from home (after training) * ⛽ Mileage Reimbursement – For occasional community visits * Clear Career Progression – Opportunities to grow and lead * Supportive Team Culture – Real people, real care, real backup About Us We started in 2011 with a single care visit to a woman named Joan — and we’ve never lost the values she inspired.
