Role Profile:
Our purpose is to keep customers moving smarter. You will be at the core of our operations, ensuring excellent customer service through various channels and supporting our frontline and back-office teams.
Frontline - Handle bookings, complaints, and queries via calls, emails, and chat, ensuring a seamless customer journey with clear communication.
Customer Support Administration - Manage compliance, record keeping, data entry, and trend analysis, primarily through email and chat, with limited phone interactions.
We support your development, with over 90% of our team earning promotions within the company, across departments including finance, sales, and operations.
About you - You are customer-centric, detail-oriented, IT literate, and eager to learn. You communicate effectively, work well in teams, and are proactive in improving service quality.
