The Role: We are searching for a dedicated Legal Project Manager to oversee, streamline, and improve our legal operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a solid understanding of legal processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, lead teams effectively, and ensure legal services are delivered efficiently and accurately. Responsibilites: Oversee and manage legal projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes. Develop written deliverables (e.g., slides, reports) independently or collaboratively. Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and budgets. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives. Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date. Identify risks and opportunities related to each project and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management. Coordinate training and professional development for project teams Skills & Qualifications: · Proven experience as a Project Manager in a legal or professional services setting. · Strong knowledge of legal terminology, methodologies, and procedures. · Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices. · Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Criteria: · Formal Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2). · Experience in legal operations, compliance, or contract management. · Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
