The Holiday Inn Blackpool & Marco's New York Italian Restaurant, an IHG Hotel, opened in April 2024. This four-star hotel is part of a wider regeneration project in Blackpool, including retail units and improved public transport, with a new tram terminal, all within the Talbot Gateway district. The hotel features 144 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms, and the renowned Marco Pierre White New York Italian restaurant, with independent street access.

As a Guest Service Reception Assistant at The Holiday Inn Blackpool, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently, and uphold high standards of hospitality. Your role includes coordinating with other departments to enhance the guest experience, managing reservations, and offering local knowledge to assist guests during their stay.
