Are you an experienced and strategic Head of People & HR to lead the people function at a dynamic and values-driven professional services firm. This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping and delivering a progressive HR strategy that supports a high-performing, inclusive culture and the ongoing growth of the firm.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Lead and execute a people-first HR strategy aligned with the firm’s business goals.
* Advise senior leadership on talent, culture, organisational design, and change management.
* Oversee recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee development.
* Champion DEI, wellbeing, employee engagement, and a collaborative firm-wide culture.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment law, and relevant regulatory standards.
* Use HR data and analytics to support continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Senior HR leadership experience, ideally in legal or professional services.
2. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
