Job description

We’re now looking for a People Administrator to join our friendly, purpose-driven team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.


About the Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in keeping both our internal operations and client support running smoothly.


From preparing contracts and maintaining HR systems to coordinating meetings, managing inboxes, and supporting HR projects, you’ll be the organisational heartbeat that helps everything flow.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports
* Maintaining internal and client HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Monitoring shared inboxes and allocating tasks to the team
* Coordinating client meetings and interviews, taking notes and preparing reports
* Supporting HR project delivery and documentation updates
* Assisting with monthly client updates and reports
* Helping improve our internal admin processes and templates


What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in HR administration or a similar people-focused role
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
* Strong written skills and a confident, professional manner
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine interest in HR, people, and making a positive impact
