Wing Build Support Engineer Broughton, UK (100% Onsite) £44/hour Umbrella Duration: 9 Months with extensions Double Day Shift Pattern (20% uplift) About the Company Our client is a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer delivering advanced aircraft programmes and high-precision engineering solutions. They are currently expanding their Wing Engineering team and are looking for a Build Support Engineer to support high-volume aircraft production and structural build activities. The Role As a Wing Build Support Engineer, you will act as the critical link between engineering and manufacturing, ensuring aircraft structures are built efficiently while maintaining engineering integrity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Act as the interface between Design Engineering and Manufacturing teams Provide line-side engineering support for aircraft wing build activities. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and manufacturing. Support initiatives to improve process efficiency, sustainability, and quality. Assist in coordinating engineering activities within delivery teams. Key Requirements Aerospace industry experience (essential) Experience supporting manufacturing or build environments. Knowledge of metallic structures (composites desirable) CATIA V5 experience beneficial. Experience working on commercial aircraft programmes.
