In this role, you will provide value to the business and insight on sustainability issues for St Joseph division, with a focus on ensuring the division meets Berkeley Group Sustainability Strategy and Standards. Key to this role is the ability to liaise with different teams across the business including Construction, Technical and Land and Planning teams. This will include setting out approaches to meet the divisional and group targets; helping to deliver work streams; and monitoring, reporting and communicating local performance. Due to the multi-phase nature of St Joseph divisional projects means that there will be opportunity to get involved in strategic sustainability initiatives and delivery of sustainability related targets under Our Vision 2030 as well as overseeing the day to day environmental issues. The role Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, correspondence, submittals, RIFs, method statements and reports ensuring all documents are version controlled, properly logged, archived and compliance with EDMS and company QA/QC procedures. Oversee the accurate and timely registration, distribution, retrieval, and electronic storage of documents throughout all stages of development. Maintain document control registers, logs, and filing systems to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to collect and distribute project documentation efficiently. Provide administrative support to site management and project teams, including preparing meeting agendas, taking and distributing minutes, coordinating appointments, meetings, travel, and ordering office supplies. Organize meeting refreshments and carry out ad-hoc tasks as required to support site operations. Lead and manage the on-site Technical team to ensure the timely release of information in accordance with the master programme. Identify and resolve any non-conformance issues that could impact project delivery or business objectives. Build and maintain effective networks both internally and externally to foster collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations. Liaise with internal customers to drive all information output deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in reviewing and updating departmental processes, promoting continuous improvement and best practices across the business. Actively promote collaborative working practices to achieve best-in-class engagement and outcomes. Within the first 3-6 months, familiarize with the Technical Manual, production functions, and departmental processes. Develop a personal development plan within the first 6 months with SMART objectives aligned to career progression toward a Regional Document Controller role. Providing administration support to site management and project teams Maintain site office filing systems and documentation Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute accordingly Coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for site personnel. Organise meeting refreshments when required. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment for the site. Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as and when they arise. Experience required Previous experience in Document Control essential. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and other MS Programs) Experienced with Asite/Viewpoint EDMS. desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of ISO standards and QA/QC procedures is highly desirable.
