A great, long term temporary opportunity has arisen for this company in south Leeds, working within a busy administration setting, the successful candidate will have advanced Excel and will provide strong administration and coordination support on key accounts within the business. Liaising with buyers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including;
Contribute in the implementation of business wide promotions & incentives,
Coordination of product launches into customers
Coordination of new product forecasts
Analysis of sales data
Update forecasting templates
Routinely report turnover spend
Review customer rebate contracts
Organize the evaluation of new customer agreements
Manage and track customer invoices for rebates
Liaise with Finance and Customer Services departments in the setup of new customer accounts.
Coordinate any adhoc tasks that come through from customers This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical focused administrator to join this busy team, initially on a temporary basis, the successful candidate will be able to work in this fully office based role, the successful candidate will be;
Excellent administration skills
Enthusiastic self-motivator, with a strong work ethic,
Highly numerate, with a logical approach to problem solving
PC literate, with high level of understanding with MS Office and particularly Excel.
Experience with SAP and CRM (desirable)
Ability to operate in a fast paced, ever changing, high-pressured environment whilst having capability to maintain the highest levels of accuracy
