🔧 Role & Responsibilities
* Lead cost planning, procurement, and cost control
* Manage budgets, reporting, and contractor payments
* Prepare tenders and negotiate contracts
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Support value engineering and risk assessments

* 3+ years’ UK QS or cost consultancy experience
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
* MRICS/MCIOB (or working towards)
* Private sector project experience
* Collaborative and commercially focused approach
