We're looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join a professional catering team at a leading independent school in Ascot.
This is a stable, year round position in a well run kitchen producing fresh food for around 320 pupils plus staff. High standards. Structured rota. No late night restaurant chaos.

The Job
You'll work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver:
Food That's Done Properly
Prepare and present fresh, nutritious meals to a high standard
Follow set recipes and maintain consistency
Contribute to menu development using seasonal produce
Support service and hospitality events
Food Safety Without Compromise
Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent)
Strong allergen awareness
Maintain due diligence and compliance standards
Adhere strictly to a no nut environment
Kitchen Control
Monitor stock and rotate correctly
Complete delivery checks
Maintain a clean, organised, safe section
Respect equipment and report issues
