What You’ll Be Doing:

* Operate Equipment: Monitor production machinery and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations and quality standards.
* Record Data: Accurately log production data to help us track performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Maintenance Tasks: Collaborate with your team to perform basic maintenance using hand tools.
* Engage in Initiatives: Contribute your ideas to safety and improvement initiatives—your voice matters!
* Be Flexible: Be prepared for shifts, overtime, and weekend work as we operate 24/7.
