Nlc10 Salary: £45,503 - £52,044 Per Year, effective 1st April 2026.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to work in our Integrated Day Service Team based in Wishaw. You will work closely with the manager to help drive forward a service that provides high standards of care and support to older adults in North Lanarkshire.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring staff feel motivated, focused and supported to deliver care that promotes an environment sensitive to service users with complex support needs.
* Delivering services that maximise potential for independent living in line with the National Care Standards, council and service policies.
Applicants must become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing.
Qualifications and Experience:
* SVQ Level 3, HNC, Nursing or other relevant social work qualification.
* Extended experience working with older adults in a service setting.
* Recognised management qualification and experience working alongside partner agencies (desirable).
Working Pattern:
* Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
* Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
