Linear Partners are helping a leading global investment banking boutique in their search for an Associate to join their Energy Transition M&A team in London.
Key responsibilities:
* Execution of transactions (M&A) within the Energy Transition sector
* Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
* Building detailed financial models and using various valuation techniques
* Conduct industry and company research to identify strategic opportunities and support transaction ideas.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years M&A experience within Energy Transition, or similar, in an Investment Banking environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
* Excellent verbal and written communication
