We’re looking for a highly analytical, execution-focused #Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in the human capital / HR tech / leadership development space.
Location: Remote – Europe
Candidates must be based in Europe with a valid working permit.
You’ll lead product launches, build integrated go-to-market programs, run high-impact digital campaigns, and grow brand influence across our core regions.

* Lead end-to-end product launches with strong market impact

* Align marketing execution with commercial objectives
📈 Digital Campaign Management & ROI Delivery
* Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and social platforms
* Monitor live dashboards and adjust campaigns in real time
* Drive measurable outcomes: reach, engagement, traffic, and lead generation
* Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and funnel optimisation to maximise ROI
🌍 Thought Leadership & Influence Building
* Grow a strong thought-leadership following for the brand and its leadership philosophy
* Develop and amplify high-value content across social, video, and articles
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders and industry influencers
* Identify speaking, panel, and collaboration opportunities to expand brand visibility
📊 Data-Driven Strategy & Optimisation
* Use real-time performance data to guide decisions and pivot quickly
* Translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Present clear, data-backed analysis to stakeholders
* Continuously iterate campaigns and product positioning based on market feedback
Qualifications
* 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or demand generation
* Demonstrated success in leading product launches
* Strong analytical skills and experience with performance dashboards
* Creative, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable making data-driven decisions quickly
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
* Fluency in English required; French or German is a plus
* Must be based in Europe
