Helping Hands is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team specialising in Domiciliary Care. You will offer coaching and support to new carers while assisting the office team with recruitment, compliance and customer reviews.
Transportation: DRIVERS ESSENTIAL (Candidates must have a clean, full UK driving license with access to a vehicle with a valid and updated MOT and Insurance certificate.)
Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
Spot checks and supervisions with Care Assistants
Meetings with customers to review care plans
Conducting risk assessments
Support with on call duties in accordance with the branch team rota
