At Charlotte Street Hotel, nestled in the heart of London's vibrant West End,
we're looking for a Goods Receiver to become an integral part of our success
story.
As a Goods Receiver, you'll play a crucial
role in the smooth operation of our hotel by managing daily deliveries with
precision and efficiency. Your keen organisational skills will ensure that
stock rotation is effectively handled, minimising waste and maximising
freshness.
Responsibilities:
* Receive and process daily deliveries, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness
* Manage stock rotation to optimise product
freshness and minimise wastage
* Coordinate closely with managers to align
deliveries with daily service needs
* Assist with Bar Back duties when needed
* Utilise excellent computer skills,
particularly in Microsoft Excel, to track and manage inventory
* Communicate effectively with team members and
external vendors
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail
to uphold our standards of quality and service
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless
operations and exceptional guest experiences
What you Need:
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
when handling inventory and processing deliveries.
* Capacity to manage stock rotation effectively
and ensure products are used and consumed in date sequence to minimise
wastage.
* Excellent verbal and written communication
skills to liaise with managers, team members, and external vendors.
* Proficiency in computer usage, particularly in
Microsoft Excel, for tracking and managing inventory.
* Ability to work collaboratively with
colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest
experiences.
* Capability to prioritise tasks and manage time
efficiently to meet delivery schedules and service needs.
* Flexibility to handle changing priorities and
adapt to the dynamic environment of a hotel setting.
