We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist
to join our front of house team at The Londoner, our 5 Star Luxury Hotel.
Overview:
* An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The
Londoner as a Night Receptionist. The hours for this role are 4 days on 3
days off on a rota basis.
* As a Night Receptionist you will be responsible for night reception lobby hosting, ensuring a smooth guest experience at night.
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all
times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.
About You:
* Previous hotel reception experience is required
ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
* Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office
365, Guest Plus.
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service
skills.
* Impeccable command of the English language both written and
spoken.
