About the Youth Support Worker Role: As a Youth Support Worker in Slough, you'll play a vital role in: Supporting children aged 5-11 who may be struggling with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. Building consistent, trusting relationships that help children feel safe, regulated and ready to learn. Supporting with behaviour management and de-escalation in a calm, professional way.
