Customer protection and regulatory compliance are a key focus of the company, weather this is through responsible marketing, safer gambling or Know your customer checks; we are committed to ensuring that our customers gambling in a responsible and sustainable way.
We require a strong team to work alongside the Safer Gambling and Due Diligence teams based in Gibraltar. As a Compliance executive, you will review customer accounts to ensure that they are not at an increased risk of harm, and to ensure that crime is kept out of gambling. Make decisions regarding customer requests on accounts and act on third party information to ensure that customer tools are set at appropriate levels.

* Gather information about customers to help make reasoned decisions about their potential risk
* Assess customer information to make informed decisions about an increased SG or AML risk to the business and escalate accounts as appropriate.
* Review and assess previous customer behaviour and interactions
* Process customer requests to use the Safer Gambling Tools
* Promote use of the safer gambling tools
