We are recruiting for a full‑time Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) based at Saffron House in High Wycombe. In this role you will have an active leadership position and medical responsibility for diagnosing, managing, and treating adults of working age and older adults who are at risk of developing a mental health crisis.
With your expertise in Adult Psychiatry, you will join our multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) to deliver patient care through home treatment, enabling early discharge from inpatient care. You will work closely with inpatient wards, community teams, the Inpatient Social Work service, and the Patient Flow Transformation lead.

Applicants must be fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and on the Specialist Register, or be within six months of attaining their Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or an equivalent approved indicator of training.
This role provides senior medical input and clinical leadership to the Buckinghamshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). You will have responsibility for your own patients as well as those patients seen by medical staff under your supervision.
