Commercial Property Solicitor – NW Kent
A vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the property team at a well-regarded law firm based in NW Kent. This is a full-time position, with salary negotiable based on experience.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters. This includes freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending—often involving close liaison with financial institutions. The role will also involve business sales and purchases, with occasional involvement in residential property matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
* Advise clients on freehold and leasehold matters, site development, and secured lending.
* Handle business acquisitions and disposals.
* Liaise with financial institutions and other third parties as required.
* Provide support on residential conveyancing matters when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal case management systems.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
* Some experience in residential conveyancing is desirable.
