This highly ranked law firm is searching for its newest Head of Commercial Debt Recovery to be based in their central Brighton office.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing a well-established commercial debt recovery function across several offices, mentoring and managing a team that acts for a broad range of clients, including banks, local authorities, and professional service firms.
Key responsibilities for a Head of Commercial Debt Recovery include:
Overseeing efficient case progression using specialist workflow software
Ensuring compliance with all relevant AML and regulatory procedures
Managing relationships with key clients and building new opportunities
Working collaboratively across other legal and support teams to drive growth
The ideal candidate for this Head of Commercial Debt Recovery job will have:
Proven experience in commercial debt recovery
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Familiarity with debt recovery systems, ideally Nexum
A good understanding of AML and FSMA regulatory obligations
