We are now looking for a motivated and highly organised Multilingual Recruitment Administrator to join our team and support our global hiring activity.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Multilingual Recruitment Administrator you will support our Talent Acquisition team to deliver a smooth efficient and positive hiring experience across multiple countries.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Writing and posting job adverts that attract great talent
Screening CVs and identifying suitable candidates
Liaising with teams across the business and across the world
Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
Supporting pre employment checks and recruitment administration
Assisting with onboarding activities
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager
This is a varied role that suits someone who enjoys being organised communicating clearly and keeping processes running without a hitch.
What We Are Looking For
You will thrive in this role if you are detail focused proactive and confident communicating with people at all levels.
You will bring:
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multitask and prioritise
A positive and solutions focused approach
Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages Portuguese Spanish German or French
Previous experience in recruitment or administration which is beneficial but not essential
