Role: Mechanical Build Technician
Location: Hoddesdon
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £35 - £45/hour Umbrella

We are now seeking a Mechanical Build Technician to join our client on this journey and contribute to the development of our breakthrough climate tech solutions.
As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing advanced, fuel-flexible power systems. Your hands-on expertise will support the successful production of high-value, technically advanced products, aiding industries in their shift toward cleaner energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assembly and Production:
o Assemble sub-systems and full electro-mechanical systems based on detailed engineering drawings and build documentation.
o Perform intricate and high-precision manual assembly.
2. Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Work closely with the commissioning team to test, troubleshoot, and ensure all systems meet customer requirements and high company standards.
o Uphold rigorous attention to detail in every aspect of the build.
3. Collaboration and Efficiency:
o Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet production targets.
o Achieve daily and weekly assembly goals while maintaining quality standards.
About You: You will bring proven experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly, with a commitment to precision and excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, whether working independently or collaboratively.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in complex mechanical or electromechanical assembly.
* High manual dexterity for intricate and high-precision tasks.
* Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
