Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver and assess work-based learning in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
* Manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting their progress and wellbeing.
* Conduct health and safety monitoring visits and ensure employer risk assessments are in place.
* Support curriculum development and contribute to bespoke training solutions.
* Maintain accurate learner tracking and assessment records in line with college and GDPR requirements.

Essential Criteria:
* Recognised qualifications in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning (preferably gained via an apprenticeship).
* F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Practical industry experience in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning.
* Ability to motivate and inspire apprentices, with strong communication and organisational skills.
