The role is part-time hours, ideally working a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to support the finance team.. This position will pay up to £30,589 full-time equivalent depending on experience.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant.
Key responsibilities include:
* Process sales and purchase ledger transactions
* Maintain customer and supplier account records
* Account reconciliations
* Support month-end and year-end as required
* Carry out data cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy
The Candidate
* You will have previous experience in an accounts administration role in a finance office
* Previous experience of working Sales and Purchase ledger
* You will have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
* You will have working knowledge of Finance systems
* You will have an ability to work on your own and as part of a team
* Understanding of accounting principles
