Estates Operative – Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in site maintenance, caretaking, facilities or estates work
* Practical skills in general repairs, basic DIY, and grounds maintenance
* Understanding of health & safety and safe working practices
* Ability to respond to day-to-day issues and prioritise workload effectively
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* First Aid or Fire Marshal training desirable (training can be provided)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
